Customers may use their email address and create a password to administer their own accounts from home, office or web ready telephone. They can even browse this catalog anonymously. Customers may obtain a statement of their account for information and tax purposes from their MyAccount page once they have registered on the site. Also in MyAccount, customers can invite other parties to join in the ownership and responsibility for a family account where multiple parties are responsible for charges and fees associated with an account, particularly where children and broken homes are involved, and for employer sponsored registrations. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis.
